These terms govern one-off purchases of astrology report PDFs at starbind.me/reports ("StarBind Reports"). They do not govern the StarBind mobile and web app, which is a separate product with its own Terms of Service and account system. Buying a report does not create an app account, and an app account is not required to buy a report.

StarBind Reports is operated by STORMVIBE Ltd., a Bulgarian limited liability company (EOOD), EIK 208809995, VAT BG208809995, 27E Srebarna Street, Bldg. 7, Entr. A, Apt. A2, Lozenets District, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria ("Company," "we," "us"). Contact: legal@starbind.me.

By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Sale, the Reports Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

1. What You Are Buying

A StarBind report is a personalized digital document (PDF), generated on demand for the birth data you provide, using astronomical computation and AI-written interpretation. Available report types, page counts, and prices are shown on the product pages before purchase. Some purchases are bundles (multiple reports in one order) or gift vouchers (a code the recipient redeems for a report — see Section 8).

A report is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no account with a password.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may purchase only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are placed through our checkout, with payment processed by Stripe. For these purchases Stripe acts as the merchant of record (seller of record): Stripe is the seller that charges you, and your card or bank statement and your receipt will show Stripe (or a Stripe payment descriptor), not StarBind. STORMVIBE Ltd. remains the provider of the report and the controller of your personal data. We never see or store your card details.
  • Prices are shown in euro (EUR), inclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax, before purchase. As merchant of record, Stripe determines, collects, and remits the tax due in your country — you pay only the displayed price, with no separate tax added at checkout.
  • The contract for the supply of your report is concluded when your payment is confirmed and we begin generating your report.
  • We may decline or cancel orders flagged as fraudulent by our anti-abuse systems; any captured payment for a cancelled order is refunded.

4. Immediate Delivery and Your Right of Withdrawal

Reports are digital content generated and delivered immediately after payment — typically within minutes, via the confirmation page, an email download link, and your report library.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance purchase. At checkout you expressly request that we begin generating your report immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose this right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). We record this consent with your order.

This waiver does not affect your statutory rights where the delivered content is defective or not as described — see the Refund Policy.

5. Your Birth Data — Accuracy and Third Parties

  • Report quality depends on the birth data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy. If you entered incorrect data, contact support@starbind.me — see the Refund Policy for how we handle this.
  • Compatibility and gift reports can include another person's birth data. By submitting it you confirm you are entitled to share it with us for this purpose. The Reports Privacy Policy describes how that data is handled.

6. Your Report Library

  • Every purchase is added to a report library keyed to your purchase email. You access it with a one-time sign-in code emailed to you — there is no password.
  • Reports remain available in the library for 24 months from purchase, after which they expire and their contents are deleted. Download your PDF if you want to keep it longer — once expired, a report cannot be restored.
  • PDFs are rendered on demand in your choice of visual theme; the theme does not change the report's content.

7. Sharing a Report

You may create a public share link for a report from your library. Shared reports are served at an unguessable URL, are excluded from search-engine indexing, and can be revoked by you at any time (revocation takes effect immediately). If a report contains another person's birth data, you must confirm they are comfortable with it being shared before the link is created. You are responsible for where you post the link.

8. Gifts and Vouchers

  • A gift purchase produces a voucher code, delivered to you or directly to your recipient. The recipient redeems the code by entering the birth data for the chart and their own email; the resulting report lands in their library.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. Expired or already-redeemed vouchers cannot be reused.

9. Promo Codes and Coupons

Promotional codes and coupons (including the discount coupon bundled with some products) are single-use unless stated otherwise, expire on the stated date, have no cash value, and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may revoke codes obtained or used fraudulently.

10. Entertainment Disclaimer

Reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. Astrology is not a scientifically validated method of prediction. Reports are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on for decisions in those areas. Report text is generated by AI on interpretation frameworks developed and routinely reviewed in consultation with practicing astrologers; the generated text may nonetheless contain inaccuracies and is not individually reviewed by a human astrologer before delivery.

11. License and Intellectual Property

Upon payment you receive a personal, non-commercial license to the generated report: you may download, print, keep, gift, and share it privately or via the share feature. You may not resell reports, offer report generation as a service, or systematically extract our interpretive content. The report-generation system, templates, designs, and brand remain our property or that of our licensors.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit data you have no right to share; use automated tools to purchase, scrape, or mass-generate reports; attempt to manipulate the AI generation pipeline; circumvent anti-abuse measures (including Turnstile verification and rate limits); or use promotional mechanics fraudulently. We may refuse service for violations.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim connected with a report purchase is limited to the price you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This cap does not apply to — and nothing in these terms excludes or limits — liability for death or personal injury, liability arising from our intent or gross negligence, your statutory remedies as an EU consumer for digital content that fails to conform to the contract (Directive (EU) 2019/770, as transposed in Bulgarian law), or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Consumer Rights and Disputes

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, nothing in these terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there. You may also refer a dispute to out-of-court alternative dispute resolution (ADR): the competent ADR bodies for our sector in Bulgaria are the general conciliation commissions (общи помирителни комисии) attached to the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, https://www.kzp.bg), where you will find the procedure and contact details. The Commission for Consumer Protection is also the Bulgarian consumer protection authority.

15. Governing Law and Language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. For EU/EEA consumers, mandatory local consumer-protection law prevails to the extent of any conflict. Disputes not subject to mandatory local jurisdiction are brought before the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

These Terms of Sale, the Reports Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are published in English and in Bulgarian. For consumers who purchased through the Bulgarian-language version of the site, the Bulgarian version is binding; otherwise the English version applies.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. Each purchase is governed by the version in force at the time of that purchase, which we record with your order. The current version is always available at this page.
