Ordering without a birth time
A rising sign, a Midheaven and the twelve houses are set by the Earth's rotation rather than by the date - the Ascendant moves a full degree every four minutes. Without your birth time we cannot calculate them, and we will not guess at them. Those chapters are written instead from what your chart does state: the signs, the aspects between the planets, and the balance of the whole, at their usual length. The rest of the chart barely moves across a single day: about a degree at most for the Sun, Venus and Mars, up to two for Mercury, a fraction of one beyond them - so their signs read the same whichever hour you were born, unless one of them happened to sit within that margin of a sign boundary, in which case your reading names both signs rather than choosing. The Moon is different in kind, at about thirteen degrees a day - wider than the tolerances an aspect is measured by - so it is read by sign alone and none of its aspects is claimed. Two things follow for the rest of the chart. Every separation shifts a little with the hour, so your reading quotes no orb figures, discusses only the contacts that hold for the whole of that day, and never tells you that two bodies form no aspect. And in a year-ahead reading, a transit to your own planets cannot be dated - those are read as conditions of the year, while eclipses, sign changes and stations keep their exact dates.
