Here the Sun is fall — in fall — its quietest, least supported placement, asking for patience and awareness.

Libra is the Sun's fall, and that difficulty is a genuine one: the Sun wants a strong, separate self, while Libra instinctively defines itself through someone else. A Libra Sun often discovers who it is by reflection — in a partner's eyes, a friend's reaction, the shape of a relationship — and can feel oddly unformed when there's no one around to relate to. The task named by the fall is building a centre of gravity that doesn't depend on company.
